Our guidance sessions strive to respond to individual need. We focus initially on supporting a young person to get to know and understand themselves in order to begin the research and decision making process. This is done using a variety of creative guidance and coaching techniques. Using up to date and reliable Labour Market Information, linking talents and aspirations to the world of work, helps inform this process. Our aim is to support with the developing of skills and knowledge of young people to manage their career choices throughout their lives.
Luminate Careers and Coaching can offer tailored services that are based on the needs of your school. These can include, but are not exclusive to, the following:

We can run tailored workshops for small groups of students to include (but not limited to) options sessions, decision making, apprenticeships, employability skills and applying to HE, challenging gender stereotypes.

Working with the personal advisers from Luminate has been and continues to be reassuringly productive. Our students have responded well to the one-to-one guidance sessions and it is clear that their approach is professional, friendly and personable. I find the service that Luminate provides very efficient and well organised.
