As impartial practitioners we engage young people using a range of creative coaching and guidance techniques which will have a positive impact on them as young people and ultimately as adults. Since September 2019 we have worked with many different schools supporting them in a variety of methods with fulfilling their CEIAG programme – from 1:1 guidance, to small group sessions, support at open evenings and strategic support with development of their careers programme.
