Our guidance sessions strive to respond to individual need. We focus initially on supporting a young person to get to know and understand themselves in order to begin the research and decision making process. This is done using a variety of creative guidance and coaching techniques. Using up to date and reliable Labour Market Information, linking talents and aspirations to the world of work, helps inform this process. Our aim is to support with the developing of skills and knowledge of young people to manage their career choices throughout their lives.
